Peter Lyle DeHaan, PhD, is an entrepreneur and businessman who has started, managed, and owned multiple businesses over his career.
Common themes at every turn have included customer service, sales and marketing, and leadership and management. He has published over 20 books, hundreds of articles, and thousands of blog posts, including:

Peter’s prior work experience includes telecommunication consulting, multi-location call center management, mergers and acquisitions, software programming, high-tech help desk management, technical writing, and project management.
Peter also had brief stints as a television audio engineer, electronic music instrument technician, copy machine repairman, meat-processing plant lackey, and farm laborer.
These experiences shaped Peter into who he is today and provides many fond—and some not so fond—memories, as well as ample writing material. He now focuses on writing and publishing.
Peter DeHaan lives with his wife in beautiful Southwest Michigan. They have two married children and five amazing grandchildren. Peter is an avid podcast consumer and movie buff. He wrangles crossword puzzles in his spare time. His life mission is to change the world one word at a time.
